Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Joe Levine Collection. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase, we would be happy to issue a store credit for returned merchandise within 15 days. JL Collection merchandise credit does not have an expiration date. 

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Hats and socks are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Include a reason (e.g. damaged or wrong size) for your return/exchange in the email.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 15 days from receipt of merchandise. Once we recieve your package, we will process the return, issue a store credit and notify you via email.
